Just imagine: only two short blocks from Pub Street, a veritable oasis of peace and quiet and excellent cuisine, among the finest French establishments for miles around. This is the reputed Olive, Cuisine de Saison restaurant, founded in 2014, and managed by gracious hosts Olivier and Sophal.
At Olive, behind the scenes, chef Chiffun and his team prepare plethora of daily specials using top-quality ingredients from local sources whenever possible. Here the accent is on gustatory and eye-pleasing perfection, with the freshest seafood available and a great choice of meat or other dishes, accompanied by tender fruits and vegetables and savory sauces. Naturally all desserts are homemade.
Of course there is a huge selection of French and other wines, to be paired with each individual course.
